Rentrée BBQ - September 2007
The most exciting, if not the smokiest, place in Versailles on September 22nd was St Mark's for the "Rentrée" BBQ.
160 people gathered on the church grounds for great meat cooked on the grill, dozens of salads and a mountain of desserts.
Young kids were happily bouncing away in an inflatable castle outside or were inside in the Craft Shack making a variety of colorful items to take home.
Video games on the big screen in the sanctuary held the older kids' attention for most of the evening - even the delicious aromas from the BBQ outside couldn't tear them away!
The evening was a wonderful time of fun together. Guests stayed talking, eating and enjoying the beautiful evening until the stars began to shine in the night sky. We thank the Lord that once again He blessed us with such an opportunity!
