LATEST NEWS ON THANKSGIVING GIFT DAY
Thank you so much, Everyone, for your part in this act of thanksgiving to God for all his goodness to us, and PRAISE THE LORD for a wonderful and generous response. In one day, at St.Marks and at Chevry, we have received over 19,000 euros in immediate donations and a further 21,000 euros (roughly) in pledges. [Some of these were made to the UK account in GB pounds, so we don't yet know the exact equivalent]. The total so far is therefore 40,000 euros - which is amazing and wonderful.
The Gift Day has not yet finished, and if you were not able to make a gift or a pledge at the weekend you can of course do so in the coming days and weeks.
Please can you ensure that when you make the gift which corresponds to a pledge, you mark it clearly so that our Treasurer knows that the pledge has been received.
