The Children's Ministry at St Mark's is a lot of fun for the children and their adult helpers alike. One family who recently joined the church said that their three year old boy is so excited to be going to church, that he even gets up early and gets himself dressed!
Our aim is to encourage children who come to St Mark's to get to know Jesus better.
Sunday Groups
We meet at 10h30 on Sunday with the rest of the congregation at St Mark's.
There are Sunday school classes during term time except on the 3rd Sunday in the month, when adults and children stay together.
Children join in the first part of the service, and come back after their class in time to be a part of the Communion on 2nd and 4th Sundays of the month.
Our classes are:

For children under three years of age a crèche is run by parents.
Our teaching material is based on the Scripture Union LIGHT series, with a Bible story, prayer, craft, games and singing appropriate to each age group.
