We are pleased to announce that everything has been confirmed, signed etc for the new Chaplain.
The new Chaplain will be Rev Chris Maclay.  Chris had the following to say about the move “We are really looking forward to joining you all in Versailles, and our minds keep straying towards the move. We have felt very carried by God to this point and have seen some amazing things slot into place, and some great assurances that this is the right thing for us.  We are really looking forward to getting to know folk at both churches and look forward to working together”
Chris is married to Louise and they have 4 daughters, (2 at home and 2 away studying)
Chris will be starting at the beginning of August.  The arrangements for the time between now and then will be as follows:

• Elaine will continue as Acting Chaplain until mid May
• We will then have a Locum, John Philpott for 7 weeks until the beginning of July
• Elaine will then again be Acting Chaplain until the end of July
